Pssst .. Olive Ave. widened during "infrastructure upgrade"

This explains the horrible condition the Tower Dist. was left in. Historic buildings and store-front shops were gutted and haphazardly reconstructed; plat and parcel maps were altered to cover up the evidence. Below is a copy of the sewer layout, which verifies what they did in the west end of the Tower Dist. This narrow, 2-lane road miraculously acquired a middle lane!

How could something as massive as this have been carried out without first discussing it with the public? The public is insignificant.
How could this have been done without anyone complaining? "Planting" of occupants and annihilation of others (aka: the insignificant.) The City of Fresno actually PAID one of their employees to conspire with a fake work crew (run by WGS) in lying and setting up various residents to be robbed and eliminated. That stopped the complaints and witnesses, didn't it.

Think I'm kidding? Ask Mayor Autry why he is covering up a massive real estate theft operation, entailing suspected homicide and unsolved murder/s. His pal is in charge of the fake work crew!

From one end of Fresno to the other; entire city now setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines, which property owners are held liable to maintain. No permits or inspections; massive health, environmental, safety and building code violations.

Reporting it turned out to be the biggest crime of all - like I said, they don't leave witnesses.
