Here is the evidence

Pulling up the tree planter shown in the pic below (or any of the others that were :O*h7 bnm,.m ,k.lplaced down Olive Ave. through the historic Tower Dist. prior to the secret widening of the street, which entailed massive damages and reconstruction without permits or inspections) would not only result in exposing the truth behind the unsolved murder of William Polzin, it would verify a 50-yr cover-up taking place in Fresno, CA. Secret altering of the water system, entailing gruesome crimes to innocent property owners in order to "clear the path" so this can continue.

I personally saw the destruction to the Polzin property as well as what took place on the neighbor's property in order to replace sewer and water lines. The sidewalk and street in front of the Polzin property was torn up as the water lines from private properties led beneath the planter. The neighbors denied all of this, then moved around the corner and repeated the process. These are the people who are used as "credible witnesses" that nothing took place i.e., street widening, reconstruction, relocation of fire hydrants, street lights, utility poles, storm drains, etc. Keep in mind that there are NO permits or inspections for ANY of this - therefore, altered parcel maps are used as further "evidence" that nothing took place. In this case, most of Fresno knows that Olive Ave. was widened, however, they do not realize the atrocities that took place or how records were altered to cover up the evidence of various structures removed as others were expanded; all shifted in a "ripple effect", no longer standing as when originally built. Even aerial views have been altered, as though things have always been this way.

This barbaric operation is behind murders, sewage pollution, health crises, building / safety / environmental / safety code violations, ADA violations, broken sewer/water pipes on private properties, altered/reconnected utility poles (hidden cameras inside and out), altered parcel maps, much more. A set-up water shortage.

This appears to be taking place throughout the central valley, in preparation for upcoming development i.e., dams, housing, casinos, golf courses, etc. This is how they got around water laws and regulations. The ringleaders are laughing at how gullible the public is to believe anything they are told. They alter records to cover up the evidence of what they are doing, then joke about the so-called ignorance of the public, who will never figure this out.

We were good enough to pay for this while being lied to and set up by the very people we elected and trusted. But not good enough to be given any explanations as human and civil rights taken from those who were "in the way."
