When a city is run by individuals conspiring in and covering up suspected homicide, altered utility poles said to be used for monitoring inside and outside of homes, offices, motels. A Mayor (Alan Autry aka: "Bubba Skinner" in Heat of the Night) who has a Restraining Order issued against a victim whose family and neighbors were killed in order for their property to be seized by fraud so public works could secretly replace the water system. District Atty prohibiting reports or evidence of unsolved murder(s.) Police Dept. refusing reports regarding theft and vandalism. City conspiring in sabotaging property insurance so victim is left unable to file a claim for destruction or theft. Having victims called "liar" and "crazy" after being poisoned, robbed and raped. Filming with hidden cameras; transferred and distributed to further discredit victim for what was coming. Fraudulent lawsuits to further discredit. Perjury to have Restraining Order issued against victim, to turn the tables and further destroy and discredit victim. It should be no surprise that when such an agency is not busy plotting and planning such activities, they would "busy themselves" at the computer as seen below. Naturally, the City of Fresno refuses to address their sexual harassment left on one of my blogs. Violating, disrespecting and annihilating residents is all part of the service they provide.

After recently reporting the suspected electric (utility) theft by my neighbors, all the overhead lines were immediately removed. I am referring to the same neighbors who lied about the facts behind the unsolved murder of their next-door-neighbor who had been targeted so the city could secretly replace the water system. They lied about the facts that surrounded the murder because they were conspiring in the preparations for the secret altering of the water system on the property they were renting, followed by reconstruction and changes in property lines. All tied into the murdered victims property and water system. The sidewalk was also torn up during the construction phase where all the new pipes led under the tree planter in the street. No permits or inspections. Instead of any record for this, parcel maps and aerial views were altered to cover up the evidence.

These same neighbors lied about the death of another neighbor. Then they lied about major alterations / reconstruction and suspected homicides that took place across the street, on my family's properties. Then they lied about the major alterations / reconstruction that took place around the corner.

Hidden cameras would have almost been necessary to carry all of this out - exactly as I have been saying all along.

Have you taken a look at all the additional utility poles everywhere? After running out of room they are now being placed in the middle of sidewalks! No regard for the disabled as more ADA violations are being created. Notice the increase in towers and satellites that accompany the increase in utility poles.They refer to themselves as, "People Watchers." They boast of hidden cameras, hacked computers, tapped phones. They talk of eliminating people and "selling" and "giving" babies and small children away. (1 of the 2 ringleaders indicated his own grandson was stolen at birth!) They alter legal documents and forge deeds. And lie about the facts behind murder. (In the past they repeatedly implied that my family was being filmed as far back in the 70s/80s - deaths of my family also on film.)

Regardless of photographs, witnesses or an electric bill that skyrocketed after neighbors talked of electrical systems being linked, followed by a huge motor home that was parked in their driveway for 2 months, resulting in an ADDITIONAL $450 on MY utility bill for ONE month, PG&E cannot disclose any information pertaining to my neighbor's utility bill. Due to disclosure laws they are not allowed to verify any nearby discrepancies in utility usage. Secondly, they say it is "not their problem" because the power is being stolen from their customers - NOT THEM. A suspected neighbor would have to VOLUNTARILY disclose their utility information. I asked if a licensed investigator could get the information - she did not sound hopeful but that does not mean the information cannot be obtained.

Had I called PG&E when the lines were still up, they could have come out to investigate. Yet when the lines were up I asked 2 different PG&E utility workers (parked in front of my neighbor's home) about those lines - I got no answers. With my phones tapped (verified with a $350 Tele-Tap) it was no secret that I reported the situation, which is why/when the lines were immediately taken down! There is no way around this group.

In the past I was stuck with an additional $900+/- due to the relocation of the utility pole which PG&E had no record of. Because Public Works and their fake work crew were behind that. Then they had the audacity to tell me that the pole had not been moved - since when did they take over PG&E? When it is linked to secret altering of the city's water system. According to the ringleader, our water is going to be diverted beyond Friant / Madera. In so doing, they have torn the city inside out, which is why it is such a shambles.

It was not intended that I would survive what the City and their entourage did - they do not leave witnesses behind. So they lie and call ME a "liar" - prohibiting me from seeking help, answers, restitution or justice for what was done to my family members. Pinned into a corner with no way out. By using my behavior during the time I was being poisoned as this went on, the City and their group turned the tables and made me appear the criminal. I have spent years living in an isolated hell, in fear for my life, receiving death threats for reporting this barbaric operation. I do not expect to be alive much longer.

The fact that these are the neighbors who lied about the Polzin murder should be enough to bypass disclosure laws. Removing the tree planter would be another way to get to the core of this operation. Residents of Fresno are being annihilated in order to pull this off. Homes, assets and even IDs are being taken by this group.
