Oddly, the trail appears to lead back to RWK, Jr., who later conspired in the preparation of my final departure and illegal conversion of assets at the same time he remained oblivious to his own home undergoing major renovations by this same group! (Unlike properties along main streets i.e., Olive Ave., where the tie-ins to the city's main line are made, the alterations in residential areas can be made without the owner's knowledge - using techniques I have described in earlier blogs. Rewards appear to follow those who assist i.e., $$$, new homes, vehicles. I have names / examples.)

Unfortunately, no different than the when the owner of the Laundromat next door seemingly disappeared after being lied to and set up by the city risk analyst so his property could be torn up and rebuilt without permits or inspections ~ no different than the "unsolved" Polzin murder across the street when this took place on his property ~ no different than the verified forgeries and suspected homicide of ringleader # 2's former wife ~ all followed by altered records to make it appear that nothing took place, the truth is not allowed when linked to the secret replacement of the city water system. Reports are prohibited. Same people linked throughout all.

In Fresno, CA, gruesome crimes are being covered up by the very agencies we are encouraged to trust, believe in and report such crimes to. Why ~ so they can cover it up? As you can see, our rights are taken from us dead or alive. Everything I have reported has been covered up ~ there are no repercussions when linked to the secret replacement of the city water system. Others are not only being taught how easy it is to annihilate while taking what others worked lifetimes for, but be REWARDED for it!

As the daughter of Jackie Robbins, owner of Jackie's Costumes, and the person who managed the store for two years after her death, I can tell you that your facts are not at all accurate.
Jackie's Costumes never burned down, although it did relocate several times along Olive Avenue. The business was open for over 30 years in which time the greatest mishap was a break-in.
I'd double check my facts instead of going by memory as that seems faulted.

Believe me, once targeted by the City and their mob, there is no way out. So many layers of fraud to this, that an outsider could not possibly see or suspect what they are running. I am still so overwhelmed by all of this that I am having difficulty telling the facts in a concise and orderly manner. One major hurdle is how they destroyed my reputation and credibility via unknown chemicals and hidden cameras, fraudulent lawsuits, added to the lies and so much more not mentioned here, I lost before I began. When you can make you victim appear to be a horrible and evil person, no one looks at the perpetrators' trails. The methods used in setting me up and annihilating my family are beyond belief - it began so long ago, with the torch being passed throughout the years, making those at the core appear totally innocent.

Overall, the City has seen to it that I will not / cannot survive this much longer. But it won't end for others .... this is how they are "clearing the path" for their secret water diversion. I was the first to have ever gotten away before they finished me off - one nightmare after another.

Wow, what an ordeal you have been through. I am kind of wondering how everything ended up. I imagine everything is swept under the rug, so to speak. I have found that in the legal world, just denial and waiting you out is enough for authorities to get away with anything. Good luck to you.

The links below provide information to the unsolved Polzin murder across the street from my family's properties. Despite a reward for information, the information is not wanted or allowed. Because the same group is linked to what was done to my family, our properties and belongings. Same group also linked to the neighbor across the alley who was never seen after the risk analyst lied to him too. (I saw Autry's ringleader forge the wife's name on an insurance application.) ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES were torn apart and rebuilt on top of the city's secretly replaced water system; property lines changed; on and on. That is why NONE of this will ever be addressed. The criminals are of more value than residents; they are needed in order to continue "clearing the path" so the secret water diversion operation can continue. My offer to stop exposing the water issue in exchange for the murders to be addressed was not acceptable. Autry's group does not negotiate ~ they ELIMINATE! They destroy lives and take what others worked lifetimes for.

The infamous Bel Aire Motel on Olive, next to Hwy 99, is currently in the process of being torn down.

Across the street is Roeding Park. Several feet were removed, stone wall replaced, when Olive Ave. was widened in the 80s.

Across the street, motels were removed and replaced with K-Mart back in the 80s, which is now a large empty lot.

Nothing is standing as it was when originally built. The entire city has been turned inside out - this only describes Olive Ave.

Bill's property was clearly expanded. Wasn't there a house directly to the west of him? Removed, as done 2 blks to the east? This is why older records are no longer available. Altered records cover up what has taken place, making it appear that things have always been this way.
